Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

www.auto-armor.com ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories
www.auto-armor.comWILL NOT ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.auto-armor.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


Damages
While www.auto-armor.com insures all shipments, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. The liability falls to the carrier. Any products damaged or lost during the shipping process must be reported to nikki@auto-armor.com with in the 48 hours of the delivery window. A claim will be filed with carrier. 


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Pictures and supporting documentation will be needed for filing a claim with the carrier.
 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
