HT UHMWPE bullet-resistant panels are, light weight, rigid, and white colored. They consist of high tensile strength fibers; these fibers are made of extremely long chains of polyethylene aligned in the same direction. The fibers are the lightest and strongest available, due to their combination of high strength and low density. These fibers are better known by trade names such as Spectra® (Honeywell) and Dyneema® (Avient Protective Materials). HT UHMWPE bullet-resistant panels are also resistant to water, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet (UV) radiation, and microorganisms. Pound for pound they are 15 times the strength of steel. In addition the panels will defeat multiple rounds of ballistic threats.

NIJ Level IIIA - HT UHMWPE defeats multiple hand gun threats, including .44mag and 9mm at 1400 (feet per second) fps and lesser threats.
NIJ Level III - HT UHMWPE defeats multiple long gun (rifle) threats, including 7.62x51mm at 2,700 fps, 5.56 x 45mm at 3,250 fps and lesser threats.
